## How It Works

Samfora connects donors directly with verified Swedish charities. Donations flow through Stripe Connect using the "Direct Charges" model, meaning funds go straight to the charity's own Stripe account. Samfora never holds donor funds and charges no platform fees.

Donors can browse and discover verified charities, make one-time or recurring donations, track their giving history and tax deduction eligibility (Swedish personnummer required), and share their donations on social media with dynamically generated donation badges.

Charities can create a public profile, launch fundraising campaigns including doubling campaigns where a third party matches contributions, manage donations and payment settings, and access analytics on their fundraising performance.
